Winners are grinners! – Meet the Thundercats!

Here at Robejohn we created an indoor soccer team. Surprised? You’re not the only one!

What’s more surprising is that we won last Thursday 6 – 5, thanks to a game saving goal by Greg from Studio. The intense game was filled with suspense right from the opening whistle. We were levelled 2-2 at half time, incurred a couple of penalties and managed to injure an opponent (physically not just mentally). It was in the last 30 seconds when Jay took the ball out of our defending half, kicked it to Daniel (our Design Ringer), who then passed it onto Greg. Through an effort that almost seemed to occur in slow motion, Greg manoeuvred past two opponents and then the goalie in what can only be described as a miraculous kick! The Thundercats revelled in triumph with numerous fist-pumping and cheers.
