This Privacy Policy Statement applies to Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd and all business-related activities to the extent that they affect or involve the collection, use, disclosure or handling of personal information on behalf of the client. Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and the Privacy Act 1988. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act).

2. USE AND DISCLOSURE
Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd receives personal information from the client, which remains the property of the client, and not Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd. This personal information is collected to be used for direct marketing purposes where the individuals have consented to their personal information being shared and used or would reasonably expect it to be used.
We use and disclose the personal information only for the purpose of providing our services on behalf of the client, unless otherwise required by Law. Personal information collected and/or stored for the client is never used or disclosed to another client. Some information may be used in production processes which can include sharing with third parties but only where it is necessary for production purposes.
Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd also collects some personal information through the website form. We only use and disclose this personal information for the purpose of responding and providing our services to those who have enquired through the website form.
Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd also collects some sensitive information during interviews and content collection for our clients. These individuals always provide consent for this information to be collected, deidentified, stored and used for fundraising direct marketing purposes through our business and the clients’ organisation where reasonable.

Personal information collected or stored, in general, includes (but is not limited to) names, addresses, email addresses, contact details, donation history and other information, which in necessary and assists Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd in providing our services to our clients.

All data stored by Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd is protected by secure network links that are complimented by firewalls, hardware and software encryption, FTP sites, password protection, Website interface security protection, virus protection and internal quality assurance.
5. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take all responsible steps to protect the security of personal information that we hold from misuse, loss of personal information, unauthorised use, modification or disclosure. All our staff have signed employment agreements and are made aware of privacy protocols. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, where data is no longer required, Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd takes all quality steps to delete or destroy personal data after the campaign period is completed, unless otherwise directed from the client.
6. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Robejohn & Associates Pty Ltd applies stringent procedures to its collection, use, disclosure and handling of any personal information, which includes sensitive information, such as bank details, race, religion, political affiliations or health information and other such sensitive information.
7. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Privacy Act entitles individuals to gain access to personal information which an organisation holds about them. In the case of personal information which we collect or hold for the client, access to that personal information or any requests to amend or update it should be sought from the relevant client. You can contact us anytime to request we delete the personal information collected through the website form to opt out of any follow up communication.
8. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY STATEMENT
This Policy is reviewed and updated upon Government notification to new laws or changes to existing Policy Principles.
